The Ballpark District is Denver’s front porch — the always-on urban core where community gathers – before the first pitch, after the curtain call, and every hour between.. Where visitors find their best night out or favorite surprise afternoon. Baseball may light the marquee, but the District stays lit with lives lived in locally owned, well curated 3rd spaces. Inviting by day, and alive by night, we keep it clean, safe, and accessible for all—so you can savor the small moments that turn into big memories.
NOW IS THE TIME FOR CHANGE.
Denver is changing, and Ballpark is too. As a district, we grew up around Coors Field after its opening in 1995 brought interest to this part of Downtown Denver. A mix of old and new, today our community is dense and is home to a diverse group of individuals who live here, work here and seek services here. Our population ebbs and flows depending on the time of year and the day of the week – from bustling to quiet. Increased populations and demands on our district have brought both opportunity and challenge, but to date there has not been one strong leadership voice for Ballpark to help navigate the complex changes we have and continue to face. That all changes with the Ballpark GID.
