Creation of the Ballpark GID is a community-based effort. There isn’t one person who decides what the GID looks like or how it operates. And while the City plays a role in the GIDs creation, they can’t mandate that it provide services or tax at a specific rate. The design is up to us, and your input will be important throughout.
